Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you are unable to give me 24 hour advanced notice, you will be charged a $35 fee.  This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment (which may be paid over the phone, by mail or in person).

No show

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show”.  They will be charged the FULL amount for their “missed” appointment.

Please try to be courteous to our therapists and give us notice.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Chair Massage Cancellation Policies
We kindly ask that you honor our therapists and the time they have set aside for you by complying with the following:

  • Cancellations
    A minimum (non refundable) Deposit of $50 is required for all Chair massage services. Cancellations received more than 96 hours (4 days) in advance will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled service will be assessed a cancellation fee that is 25% of the service price. Cancellations received less than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled service will be assessed a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service price.  The full service price will be due for any cancellations received less than 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled service. These rates applies to partial (reducing the service time) and full cancellations.
  • Changes and Rescheduling 
    Once the massage therapist(s) have been confirmed for the scheduled service, any changes or rescheduling will incur a $25 administrative fee. Rescheduling requests received less than 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled service will be treated as a cancellation – please see the above cancellation policy for details.   

    Regularly scheduled clients (i.e. monthly, bi-monthly, etc) will not incur any change fee as long as the change request is submitted at least 2-weeks in advance.
