Hot Rock Therapy
Is a variation of classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body.

Deep Tissue Massage
Is targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, using slow firm strokes and deep pressure or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle. Deep tissue massage is traditionally used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.
Seated Chair Massage
Is being seated in a special chair with your face resting in a cradle, looking down towards the floor, with supports for your arms. Swedish massage moves are used on your back and neck, like kneading, and compression.
Is supporting and providing stability to muscles and joints without affecting circulation and range of motion. It is also used to prevent injury, to treat pain, swelling & edema.
