Is the
specific application of massage techniques, hydrotherapy protocols, range of motion/flexibility protocol and strength-training principles utilized to achieve a specific goal when treating an athlete.

Therapeutic Massage

Our therapeutic massage is customized to your body’s specific needs. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach like deep tissue or relaxation massage alone, your session is tailored based on your intake and goals.  We combine a variety of techniques and modalities—such as deep tissue, relaxation, and targeted work—to address muscle tension, pain, stress, postural imbalances, and recovery. Pressure can range from light to deep depending on your preference and what your body requires.  Whether you’re dealing with chronic tightness, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to feel better, each session is designed to support your overall wellness.

Connective Tissue Massage by Michelle

Is a series of slow, stretching strokes to soften restricted connective tissue or fascia in a way that does not use the force of a traditional deep tissue massage. This technique can relieve chronic tension while allowing the client to reach a deep level of relaxation.

Hot Stone Therapy
Is a variation of classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body.

Reflexology by Christy
Is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with a premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.

Aromatherapy
Is a hands-on therapy used with essential oils for holistic healing; to help relax, increase energy, reduce stress, and to promote & restore balance to the mind, body, and soul.

Raindrop Therapy
Is
a raindrop technique that uses essential oils which help support the body’s natural defenses and enhance the immune system. It also helps support the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, nervous, and other body systems. The oils are dispensed and massaged along the spine and back muscles. Since the oils are high in antioxidants, they create an unfavorable environment for viruses and bacteria that hibernate in the body. These oils are known to boost energy, help you relax & manage stress, and promote overall health.
